Yes, and it is a blast! Come enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors and take your yoga practice on the water!
When you are balancing on the board it is both challenging and beautiful in the way that it brings you into the present moment, completely focused on your breath and body. Classes are suited for everyone with variations/ modifications available for your level of comfort. Come as you are, and have fun!
Register below to reserve your equipment and to ensure your spot in class! Wear something comfortable that you can move in and don't mind getting wet. Bring water, sunscreen, and hat/sunglasses if you'd like (side note on sunglasses: they have been known to get lost if they fall off your face). No shoes are to be worn on boards.

I fell in love with SUP (stand up paddle boarding) after my very first paddle out when I lived in Florida, and combining it with a yoga practice is just amazing! I became a certified instructor in 2014 and started my own SUP Yoga business on Anna Maria Island. Last January I moved home to COS and I love that I still get to SUP Yoga!
