Holly has been teaching SUP Yoga since 2014 in a variety of settings. Learning to teach SUP was how Holly continued her journey on conquering her fear of deep water. She loves the breeze, the balance challenge, and another reason to get outside in Colorado.
Class times for 2017 SUP Yoga Season are as follows:
Starting first week of June through until 1st or 2nd week of September depending on weather.

What you need to practice SUP Yoga: clothes that hug your body and wick away water well. Some swimming suits may leave cheeks more exposed than you'd like so wear anything you think with let go of water easily and you don't mind getting wet. Sunblock for body, face and lips. A willingness to try and an ability to swim. Bring dry clothes, snacks, and a towel for afterward. Come hydrated and bring a bottle of water to have on the water with you.
