Yoga on a Floating Mat!

Balance - Breath - Flow
Holly has been teaching SUP Yoga since 2014 in a variety of settings. Learning to teach SUP yoga was how Holly continued her journey on conquering her fear of deep water. She loves the breeze, the balance challenge, and now she has another reason to get outside in Colorado.

What you need to practice SUP Yoga:
  • Clothes that hug your body and wick away water well. Some swimming suits may leave cheeks more exposed than you'd like, so wear anything you think will let go of water easily and that you don't mind getting wet.
  • Sunblock for body, face and lips.
  • A willingness to try and an ability to swim.
  • Bring dry clothes, snacks, and a towel for afterward.
  • Come hydrated and bring a bottle of water to have on the water with you.

We can accommodate parties or groups of up to 10 people. Please contact us to schedule dates.
