SUP YOGA with Carlos
Join us for a SUP Yoga experience designed to empower all levels of yogis and paddlers! You will learn basic paddling skills, be given some time to explore and get acquainted with your new yoga 'mat,' and rock out a 60-minute yoga practice on a SUP board. The best part about out SUP Yoga practice is that you are surrounded by nature and a supportive community as you take your practice to a new level.

Price include the yoga practice, all equipment required, and photos of your experience available after class.
