SUP Yoga is an amazing a super fun way to challenge your balance, mind, and body while staying completely present in the moment. Basic yoga posture knowledge is helpful but not necessary, as the poses/movements are available with modifications and variations for all. Come as you are and have fun! A Little About SUP Yoga and I... I fell in love with SUP (stand up paddle boarding) after my very first paddle out when I lived in Florida, and combining it with a yoga practice was a must for me. I became a certified SUP instructor in 2014; then started and ran my own SUP Yoga business on Anna Maria Island until I moved back home to the springs in January of 2016, and have continued to teach SUP yoga every summer since.
